Terms and Conditions

• No refunds will be provided if guests do not partake in services or enter sightseeing facilities included in the itinerary of their own accord.
• We are a member of the All Nippon Travel Agents Association. All travelers are covered by travel insurance corresponding to the Travel Accident Compensation Scheme. Additional insurance may be purchased at travelers’ discretion.
• Please note scheduled activities may be subject to change or cancellation due to unfavourable weather conditions.
• It may be possible to accommodate requests for private bookings of groups of five or less. Further advice and information provided upon inquiry.
• Tour fees are based on twin-room rates. Requests for private rooms will incur additional single-use supplement fee.
• We conduct thorough checks with all guests to ensure that tours are conducted safely and avoidable incidents such as those caused by allergies etc. are prevented.We are also a member of the All Travel Association (All Nippon Travel Agents Association).All travelers are covered by travel insurance corresponding to the Travel Accident Compensation Scheme.

Up to three weeks (21 days) prior to tour date：No fee
Between 8 – 20 days prior to tour date：20%
Between 2 – 7 days prior to tour date：30%
Day before tour date：40%
Day of tour：50%
After tour has commenced / no-show：100%
※For one-day plans：
Up to 11 days prior to tour date: No fee
Between 8 – 10 days prior to tour date：20%
Less than 7 days prior to tour date: same policy as displayed above.
